Author Guidelines
Authors should prepare and submit manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s manuscript preparation and submission requirements.
Submitted manuscripts must:
- Be original and not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal.
- Be written in clear and appropriate academic English.
- Fall within the journal’s Focus and Scope.
- Follow the prescribed manuscript structure and formatting requirements.
- Include an appropriate title, abstract, keywords, main text, references, tables, and figures, where applicable.
- Clearly state the research objectives and describe the methodology in sufficient detail.
- Present research results accurately, clearly, and transparently.
- Provide information on ethical approval or ethical considerations, where applicable.
- Declare all potential conflicts of interest.
- Clearly state all sources of funding or financial support.
- Provide accurate and appropriate authorship information.
- Properly acknowledge all sources, references, and previously published materials.
- Follow appropriate reporting guidelines relevant to the study design.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission to VIGILANTIA.
